HAR §11-95-28. Radiology service

The radiology
service shall be directed by a qualified radiologist and
be staffed by qualified technical personnel. There
shall be written policies governing all radiological
procedures. Sufficient diagnostic and therapeutic
radiological equipment shall be available to satisfy the
