HAR §10-2-4. Special meetings

Special meetings may be called by the chairman or at the request of a majority of all members to which the commission is entitled. The chairman shall notify the members of the commission of the time, place, and purpose of the special meeting. Special meetings are not to take the place of regular commission meetings.
