HAR §12-110-4. Employee responsibilities

The
employee shall not knowingly perform work in an unsafe
manner or in an unsafe environment without the
safeguards prescribed by the standards in part 3 of
this subtitle. The employee shall not tamper with or
render ineffective any safety device or safeguard and
shall use the safety devices provided for personal
