HAR §12-11-56. Posting of notice of coverage

Each employer shall
post and maintain in a conspicuous place or places in and about the
employer's places of business typewritten or printed notices stating
that the employer has obtained insurance to provide for the payment
of disability benefits required by law, in the form as may be
