HAR §12-12-29. Refusal to insure

No health care contractor other than a self-insurer shall
refuse to cover any employer-applicant except for the non-payment of premiums. The
health care contractor shall notify the director of all refusals to insure. [Eff: 5/7/81] (Auth:
