HAR §12-22-47. Decision

(a) The hearings officer
shall render a written decision on a notification of
violation within sixty days after the conclusion of
the hearing, which shall include findings of fact and
conclusions of law.

(b) A certified copy of the decision shall be
served by personal delivery or by mail upon each
