HAR §12-24-3. Computation of time
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 12-24-3
The time in which any act
provided by this chapter is to be done is computed by excluding
the first day and including the last, unless the last day is a
Saturday, Sunday, or holiday and then it is also excluded. As
used in this chapter, "holiday" includes any day designated as
such pursuant to section 8-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes. [Eff.
