HAR §12-25-71. Definitions

As used in this subchapter: "Department" shall be as defined in section 390-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes. "Director" shall be as defined in section 390-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes. "Employer" shall be as defined in section 390-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes. "Gainful occupation" shall be as defined in section 390-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes. "Pineapple harvesting" means gainful occupation of picking or collecting of pineapples and seeds or any other activity incidental or necessary to this harvesting. [Eff.
