HAR §12-27-32. Appeal

(a) An employer may appeal a
demand and order issued by the department pursuant to
section 12-27-29.
(b) The appeal must be in writing and must be
filed with the department no later than twenty days
after the date of the demand and order.
(c) A hearing on the appeal shall be scheduled
in accordance with section 398-24, HRS, and
subchapter 3. [Eff 2/3/05 ] (Auth: HRS
