HAR §12-41-50. Authority for all-union agreement

An employer may enter into an all-union agreement with the bargaining representative of the employees in a collective bargaining unit, unless the board has certified that at least a majority of employees has acted to rescind the authority of its bargaining representative to negotiate an all-union agreement within one year preceding the date of the agreement.
