(a) In the event that an employee organization fails to comply with section 12-42-107, any employee within the organization may petition the board for an order compelling such compliance. (b) The petition shall contain the following: (1) The name, address, and telephone number of the person filing the petition. (2) The name, address and telephone number of the employee organi- zation against whom the petition is filed. (3) A statement that the employee organization has failed to make available to its members a detailed written financial report, certi- fied as to accuracy by a certified public accountant, within sixty days after the end of the employee organization’s fiscal year.
