HAR §12-42-110. Withdrawal
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 12-42-110
The petition may be withdrawn at any time
prior to the issuance of a final order based thereon, upon motion and with the
consent of the board. Whenever the board approves withdrawal of any petition,
