HAR §12-42-25. Notice of pending petitions
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 12-42-25
Upon the filing of a petition
under this subchapter, notice thereof, including the date when such petition was
filed, the name and address of the petitioner, the name and address of the public
employer involved, and the appropriate bargaining or optional appropriate
bargaining unit shall be posted by the chairman on a public docket to be main-
