HAR §12-42-34. Hearing on challenges or objections

(a) Except as other- wise provided in this subchapter, the procedure for hearing on challenges or objections shall be governed by the provisions of subchapter 1. (b) The board shall serve written notice of hearing on all parties personally or by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested. The notice shall include a statement of the date, time, place and nature of hearing, and other information in accordance with section 91-9, HRS.
