HAR §12-42-70. Notification of arbitration

If the dispute continues thirty days after the date of the impasse, the parties may mutually agree to submit the remaining differences to arbitration which shall result in a final and binding decision. Upon such mutual agreement, the parties shall forthwith file with the board the original and five copies of a written arbitration notification signed by both parties. [Eff.
