HAR §12-42-75. Firefighters’ disputes

The procedure for resolution of a
dispute between a public employer and the exclusive representative of optional
appropriate bargaining unit 11 (firefighters) over the terms of an initial or re-
newed agreement shall be in accordance with the provisions of section 89-11(d),
