HAR §12-43-143. Decision and order

In the disposition of petitions filed under this subchapter, the board may: (1) Dismiss the petition; or 43-71 3489 §12-43-143 (2) Find that the exclusive representative has not returned to the nonmember employee, a pro rata share of expenditures made by the exclusive representative for activities of a political and ideological nature unrelated to the terms and conditions of employment, and issue an order directing the exclusive representative to appropriately adjust the amounts to be refunded; and (3) Award such other relief as the board deems just.
