HAR §12-43-22. Amendment of documents

(a) A pleading or document filed in a proceeding may be amended, at the discretion of the board, at any time before the board's disposition of that pleading or document. (b) If a document is not in substantial conformity with the applicable rules of the board as to the format or contents thereof, or is otherwise insufficient, the board, on its own initiative or upon motion of a party, may strike or dismiss the document, or require its amendment. 43-26 3489
