HAR §12-43-264. Decision

The board may render its decision at the public hearing or at a later time. The board, upon request of any interested person or agency, shall issue a concise statement of the principal reasons for its decision. In making its decision, the board shall consider all written and oral submissions respecting the proposed rule relief.
