HAR §12-44-58. Argument on exceptions

Upon the filing of Page 13 exceptions by a party adversely affected by the proposed decision, the council shall grant that party an opportunity to present arguments to the council. [Eff. 6/6/86] (Auth: HRS §132-16) (Imp: HRS §132-16)
