Section 3.2 is amended by adding as follows: “Inoperable system sign” means a weather resistant sign denoting “Inoperable” having a white background with red letters. The letters shall be a minimum height of three inches and a minimum width of one-fourth of an inch stroke. “Water-based fire extinguishing system” means any class I, II, and III and combined standpipe system, automatic sprinkler system, fire pumps or automatic water spray fixed system utilizing water as an extinguishing agent.
