Section 10.10.3.1 is amended to
read as follows: 10.10.3.1 Outdoor fires shall not be built, ignited, or
maintained in or upon hazardous fire areas, without approval from the
AHJ. [Eff ] (Auth: HRS §132-3) (Imp: HRS §132-3)
(This removes the permit requirement from the fire code, but still
requires AHJ approval.)
