16.4.3.1.1 is amended to read as follows: 16.4.3.1.1 A water supply for
fire protection, either temporary or permanent, shall be made available
as soon as combustible material is present. [Eff ]

(This is a new amendment. It changes as soon as combustible
material “accumulates” to “is present” to clarify that a water
supply is required as soon as combustible material exists on the
property during construction.)
