HAR §12-45.4-84. Fire department access road widths

Section 18.2.3.5.1.1 is amended to read as follows: 18.2.3.5.1.1 Fire department access roads shall have an unobstructed width of not less than twenty feet (six.one meters) or as approved by the AHJ. [Eff ] (Auth: HRS §132-3) (Imp: HRS §132-3) (This was in the previous state fire code. It requires a clear 20 foot width and allows modifications approved by the fire department for certain circumstances.)
