HAR §12-45.5-104. Fuel dispensing prohibition of foreign objects

Section 42.7.1 is amended by adding to read as follows: 42.7.1.2 Foreign Objects. The placement of a foreign object(s), that allows the fuel dispensing lever to remain in the open position, is prohibited at all times.
