HAR §12-46-64. Parties
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 12-46-64
Unless a petition has been
summarily disposed of pursuant to section 12-46-63, in
all petitions for declaratory relief where the
commission's executive director is not the petitioner,
the executive director shall be made a party
respondent to the proceedings and shall be served
accordingly.
