HAR §12-47-19. Computation of time

In computing any period of time specified under this chapter, in a notice, or in any order of the board, the time begins with the day following the act, event, or default and includes the last day of the period so computed, unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday; in which event the period runs until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
