HAR §12-48-1. Purpose
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 12-48-1
This chapter implements section 396-19,
Hawaii Revised Statutes, and promulgates rules for the
certification of hoisting machine operators. The provisions
of this chapter shall apply to any person
who acts as a
