HAR §12-50-4. Sufficiency of safeguards
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 12-50-4
The
director may require safeguards not required in these
standards if a sufficient hazard exists to warrant
this action. The final determination of the
sufficiency of any safeguard rests with the director.
