HAR §12-51-5. Entry not a waiver
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 12-51-5
Any permission to enter, inspect, review
records, or question any person, shall not imply or be conditioned upon a

waiver of any cause of action, citation, or penalty under the law.
Safety
and health compliance officers are not authorized to grant any waiver.
