HAR §12-55-3. Director

The director shall be responsible for the overall administration and implementation of the procedures contained in this chapter including making final HIOSH determinations concerning: (1) Access to personally identifiable employee medical information, as provided in section 12-55-6; and (2) Inter-agency transfer or public disclosure of personally identifiable employee medical information, as provided in section 12-55-18.
