HAR §11-113-2. testing of another person or persons

Unless otherwise specified, "third party" shall include the party's designated staff. "Verified positive test result" means a determination by the medical review officer that a positive test result for drugs, the metabolites of drugs, or alcohol can be attributed to substance abuse in the levels specified in §11-113-18.
