After review of an applicant's professional experience in substance abuse, the director may issue a license to the applicant. (d) The term of the license shall not be greater than twenty-four months from the date of issue. (e) Any physician licensed pursuant to this section shall possess a current physician's license at all times. (f) The director shall keep a current listing of all medical review officers practicing in the State. This listing may be sent to any third party upon written request.
