HAR §12-60-3. Employee responsibilities

The
employee shall not knowingly perform work in an unsafe
manner or in an unsafe environment without the
safeguards provided for in these standards. The
employee shall not tamper with or render ineffective
any safety device or safeguard and shall use the
safety devices provided for personal protection. [Eff
