HAR §13-104-10. Swimming and bathing

Swimming and bathing in all waters within a forest reserve are 104-10 §13-104-11 permitted at an individual’s own risk except in waters and at times where the activities are prohibited by the board or its authorized representative in the interest of public health and safety.
