HAR §13-122-3. Authorized hunting

A person may hunt, kill, or have in their possession any game bird only with a valid hunting license from the department and only as provided by this chapter and the following exhibits which are located at the end of this chapter and by reference made a part hereof: (l) Chapter 122, Exhibit 1, "Game birds to be taken, daily bag limits, hunting periods, hunting days, and special conditions for hunting on the island of Hawaii" 10/2013; (2) Chapter 122, Exhibit 3, "Game birds to be taken, daily bag limits, hunting periods, hunting days, and special conditions for hunting on the Island of Maui" 04/2013; (3) Chapter 122, Exhibit 5, "Game birds to be taken, daily bag limits, hunting periods, hunting days, and special conditions for hunting on the Island of Molokai" 04/2013; (4) Chapter 122, Exhibit 7, "Game birds to be taken, daily bag limits, hunting periods, hunting days, and special conditions for hunting on the Island of Lanai" 05/2014; (5) Chapter 122, Exhibit 9, "Game birds to be taken, daily bag limits, hunting periods, hunting days, and special conditions for hunting on the Island of Oahu” 04/2013; and 7 (6) Chapter 122, Exhibit 11, "Game birds to be taken, daily bag limits, hunting periods, hunting days, and special conditions for hunting on the Island of Kauai" 04/2013. As hereinafter used in this chapter, references made to Exhibit 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, or 11 shall mean the exhibits listed in this section.
