HAR §13-123-8. Game mammals
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 13-123-8
Game mammals may be
hunted with a valid hunting license and the
landowner's permission on private land throughout the
year, unless prohibited under section 13-123-12. Game
mammals shall not be hunted in public hunting areas
except as provided in this chapter.
