HAR §13-124-2.1. Revocation of permits

Any permi t
i ssued pursuant to this chapter shall be revocabl e for
good cause and shall be [nonass i gnab l e ] non- ass i gnabl e
un l ess otherwise provided by law . Any person whose
permi t has been revoked shall not be e ligi b l e to appl y
for another permit unt il the expiration of two years
from the [dat e of ] revocat i on[~ ] date .
