HAR §13-126-27. Communication equipment

No person
shall install or operate aerials, antennas,
transmitters or other radio, telephone, television, or
other communication equipment, except hand held
devices or equipment installed within vehicles,
without the written permission of the board or its
authorized representative, or in the case of an
