HAR §13-140-55. Breach of grant agreement
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 13-140-55
Upon a
breach of the grant agreement, the board may impose
sanctions against the awardee including, but not
limited to:
(1)
Suspension of all grant payments; and
(2)
Suspension of the awardee’s participation in
state grant programs;
until such time as all breaches are cured to the
board’s satisfaction. Sanctions may also include
repayment of all state funds expended and any
sanctions included as provisions of the grant
