(a)
The following state park
shall be set according to the
Hawaii State Park System
Fee Schedule dated February
Hawaii State Park System
Schedule dated February 4,
(b)
For purposes of this section,
the following
definitions shall apply:
“Commercial
PUC vehicle”
means
a vehicle that is
regulated by the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission.
“Resident” means
a resident of the State with
a
valid State of Hawaii identification card or State of
Hawaii driver’
~~ense.”
