HAR §13-167-89. Privacy

Mediation sessions shall be
private. The parties and their representatives shall have the
right to attend the joint mediation sessions. Other persons
may attend only with the permission of all parties to the
mediation and the consent of the mediator. [Eff. MAY 27 1988]
