An amendment to chapter 13-168, Hawaii
Administrative Rules, on the Summary page dated April
17, 2018, was adopted on April 17, 2018, following
public hearings held on October 30, 2017, November 6,
2017, November 8, 2017, November 9, 2017, and November
17, 2017, after public notice was given in the
Honolulu Star-Advertiser, The Garden Island, West
Hawaii Today, Hawaii Tribune-Herald, and The Maui
News, on September 15, 2017
This amendment shall take effect ten days after
filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
