HAR §13-169-3. is amended

UNOFFICIAL COMPILATION DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES Amendments to chapters 13-167, 13-168, and 13- 169, Hawaii Administrative Rules, on the Summary page dated April 17, 2018, were adopted on April 17, 2018, following public hearings held on October 30, 2017, November 6, 2017, November 8, 2017, November 9, 2017, and November 17, 2017, after public notice was given in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, The Garden Island, West Hawaii Today, Hawaii Tribune-Herald, and The Maui News, on September 15, 2017.
