UNOFFICIAL COMPILATION
DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES
The amendment to chapter 13-171, Hawaii Administrative
Rules, on the Summary page dated March 14, 1995, was adopted
on March 14, 1995, following a public hearing held on Molokai
on September 15, 1994, after public notice was given in the
Honolulu Star Bulletin on August 15, 1994, and The Molokai
Advertiser News on August 17, 1994.
This amendment shall take effect ten days after filing
with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
