HAR §13-183-72. Mud return temperature logging

The temperature
of the return drilling mud shall be monitored continuously during
drilling of the surface casing portion of the drill hole. Either
a continuous temperature monitoring device shall be installed and
maintained in a working condition, or the temperature shall be
installed and maintained in a working condition, or the
temperature shall be read manually. Return mud temperatures
shall be entered into the log book after each joint of pipe has
been drilled down (about every thirty feet). [Eff. JUN 22 1981]
