HAR §13-197-10. Contested case hearings

When required by law or administrative rule, the review board shall
hold a contested case hearing upon its own motion or upon the written petition of any interested person
who is properly admitted as a party pursuant to section 13-197-13. Unless specifically prescribed in this
chapter or by chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the review board may adopt procedures which in its
