HAR §13-1-31.1. Hearings of violations

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 13-1-29(b) and section 13-1-31, when a violation is alleged for which an administrative remedy is provided and with respect to which the alleged violator is entitled to a contested case hearing, a contested case shall be held upon the petition of the alleged violator, provided that the petition is made in accordance with the provisions of section 13-1-29(a).
