HAR §13-1-4. Hours
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 13-1-4
The offices of the board and the
chairperson shall be open from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
of each day of the week except Saturday and Sundays
and holidays unless otherwise provided by statute or
