HAR §13-209-4.2. Restricted entry

It is prohibited for any person to land upon, enter or attempt to enter, or remain in any natural area reserve identified in Exhibit 2, located at the end of this chapter and by reference made a part hereof, except as authorized by permit by the board or its authorized representative.
